Description

Provision of Formative Advice and Training services in enterprises in the region, with the aim of initially the Liaison Consultant drawing up the Company’s Strategic Diagnostic with the involvement of the entrepreneur. They characterise the company and the business as well as the analysis of the sector and the environment; They carry out a SWOT analysis leading to an analysis of the current situation versus the desired situation of the company, which will consequently be reflected in an objective tree. During this phase the Liaison Consultant develops the strategic diagnosis in collaboration with Specialists and Trainers to identify and clarify the objectives to be achieved. In a second phase, the development plan guided by the Expert and Trainers’ Advisers applies. This plan sets out the training advice measures and the characterisation of the Training Plan adapted to the needs identified above; A social responsibility project is drawn up; The medium and long-term plan of the intervention in the company is characterised and a project planning matrix is built by objectives.
