Description

Supply, configuration and installation of equipment as part of the implementation of the project ‘Equivalence of educational establishments with modern and highly specialised technological equipment at the MOF Poznań site’. The equipment must be new, unused, intact, unencumbered by rights of third parties, first quality. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the model contracts. The detailed description of the conditions for performance of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the model contract, which is attached as Annex 7 to the ToR.
A condition for the correct implementation of the project by the Contracting Authority is an action in accordance with the guidelines set out, inter alia, in grant agreement No RPWP.08.01.04-30-0001/16-00 and the feasibility study.
