The subject of the performance of this public contract is the elaboration of a proposal for complex land consolidations (hereinafter referred to as “CoPÚ”) in the cadastral area of Pavlovice u Přerova and Prusínky, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the land register by Decree No 357/2013 on the land register (the cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the cadastral decree”). KoPÚ's proposals will be processed in such a way that they can be registered in the Land Register.
