1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Usługa najmu łączy telekomunikacyjnych dla jednostek Policji woj. dolnośląskiego.
2. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 34 części, zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1 do siwz.
3. Szczegółowe wymagania odnośnie sposobu realizacji przedmiotowej usługi oraz szczegółowe wymagania techniczne i jakościowe oraz charakterystykę przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają załączniki nr 1 – formularz ofertowy oraz załącznik nr 5 – istotne postanowienia umowy wraz z załącznikami, stanowiące integralną część siwz
4. Podwykonawstwo:
Wykonawca może powierzyć wykonanie części zamówienia (określonych prac bądź czynności) podwykonawcom, jednakże w takim przypadku Zamawiający wymaga wskazania w ofercie tych prac lub czynności – załącznik nr 5 do siwz.
