Description

Es handelt sich um ergänzende Leistungen für das Projekt IT-U Transport, Verkehr und Sendungsverfolgung. In Ergänzung zu den bereits vertraglich vereinbarten und erbrachten Leistungen werden zusätzliche Leistungselemente mit Dienstleistungscharakter für vorher nicht erkennbaren Aufwand in der Realisierung des Verkehrsträgers (VT) Luft benötigt. In der Vorbereitung der Realisierung des VT Luft sind in einem vor-Ort-Termin beim zukünftigen Nutzer in WHV neue Funktionalitäten identifiziert worden die zusätzlichen Entwicklungsaufwand verlangen. Die Realisierungsbestandteile (RBT) des VT Luft, RBT 23: EATC, RBT 32: SALIS und RBT 21: Luft Rahmenvertrag Anteil Kühne & Nagel benötigen die Funktionalitäten "Missionsbildung" und "Assistenzfunktionen zur Missionsbildung" welche weder mit dem SASPF Standard abgebildet werden können noch organisatorisch aufgefangen werden können. Diese Funktionalitäten waren bei der Erstellung des Business Blueprint nicht erkennbar.
