Description

Framework Agreement No 25F004 concerns the supply of fruit and vegetables from the 1st and 4th ranges and, on an ad hoc basis, from the 5th range, for the National Assembly and for the administrative and parliamentary restaurants of the Association for the Management of Administrative Restaurants of the National Assembly (AGRAN). The lists and technical characteristics of the services are set out in the Special Technical Specifications (STS). Framework agreement 25F004 is a multi-award framework agreement consisting of 3 lots. Each lot shall be concluded for a period of 1 year from 1 November 2025 or from the date of its notification, whichever is later. Each lot may be renewed three times in consecutive periods of one year. The decision to renew the lot shall be notified to the holder at least 2 months before its expiry. Each lot is a multi-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts, awarded to 3 holders, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders, for the duration of its performance. The conditions for reopening competition and awarding subsequent contracts are detailed in the Specific Administrative Provisions (SAC). Subsequent contracts No 1 (MS1), awarded under Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Framework Agreement No 25F004, shall take the form of framework agreements with purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Subsequent contract No 1 to Lot 1 shall be awarded to two contractors, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders, for the duration of its performance. Subsequent contract No 1 to Lot 2 shall be awarded to two contractors, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders, for the duration of its performance. Subsequent contract No 1 to Lot 3 is awarded to 1 contractor.
