Description

The Clermont-Ferrand Aeronautics Industrial Workshop (AIA-CF) is responsible for the maintenance and repair of military aircraft and related equipment. Production is organised in 7 product lines each corresponding to an aircraft.
The subject of the contract is the overall provision of studies, consultancy and services in the field of organisation and authorisation at the industrial workshop in Clermont-Ferrand Aeronautics.
This project is part of the programme for vertical maintenance contracts for the operational conditions of the Air Army and Space fleets, which entails high requirements in terms of availability and control of deadlines. The AIA-CF wishes to assess the desirability of a possible reorganisation of its production units and support services. At the same time, it is envisaged to study and optimise schedules and work authorisations for the construction sites on each product line.
