PL-Warsaw: software implementation services
The subject of the contract is the design, construction and implementation of the Tourism Information Repository System, together with the provision of licences for tool software and technical infrastructure, training and the transfer of certain data to the Tourism Information Repository System, including the integration of external systems into the RIT database with the help of a team of data exchange interfaces.
The scope of the subject-matter of the contract shall include the following:
1. The design, execution and implementation of the Tourism Information Repository and the external portal, hereinafter referred to as the ‘System’, which contain the necessary security mechanisms and tools for its development and administration, should be implemented in a three-layer architecture, the system must have the full basic functionality provided by the Contracting Authority;
2. execution and delivery of design documentation (developer) of the system, user documentation, administrative documentation, test documentation, migration documentation, post-maintenance documentation, safety policy documentation and equipment documentation for the equipment supplied;
3. System integration with other systems as required;
4. Supply, installation and configuration of the necessary IT infrastructure complying with the Infrastructure Requirements, including: servers, network equipment, tool and other software necessary for the correct installation and operation of the System;
Preparation, organisation and delivery of training courses for system users and development of training materials;
6. plan, prepare and carry out the transfer of data, structure and powers from the current system to the new system and transfer the structure from the current system;
7. 3 months of technical assistance service consisting of the execution of system improvement works, in particular software changes, creation and modification of party templates, integration with other systems, supply, installation and configuration of software updates and support to system users;
8. Guarantee service within 12 months of signature of the final acceptance report.
