Description
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of a service for the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of properties on which residents live and on which there are holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026. The service for the collection of municipal waste covers all residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Commune of Inowłódz and equipping the above-mentioned properties with containers for the collection of mixed municipal waste and containers and bags for the collection of segregated waste. The contractor is obliged to collect any amount of municipal waste generated on the above-mentioned properties. 2. The scope of the contract is the collection and management of the entire municipal waste stream in a way that ensures that an appropriate level of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste is achieved, that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill is reduced and that the level of landfilling under the assigned task is not exceeded. 3. The Contractor shall, in particular, be responsible for: equipment, free of charge and at its own expense, of properties inhabited by single-family and multi-family buildings and on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in the necessary containers (containers) for the collection of mixed waste, as well as the collection of containers after the end of the contract; equipment, free of charge and at its own expense, of properties in single-family buildings declared by the Ordering Party and on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in bags for the separate collection of municipal waste, and in multi-family buildings in containers for the separate collection of municipal waste, as well as the collection of containers after the end of the contract; collection and management of bulky waste, waste electronic and electrical equipment, textiles, batteries and accumulators and waste tyres during the travelling collection; collection and management of municipal waste collected by the Contracting Authority at the municipal point of selective collection of municipal waste; collection and management of waste from owners of real estate in respect of which a decision referred to in Article 6(1)(b) and (c) has been issued. 7 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (substitute execution); carrying out checks on separately collected municipal waste from inhabited areas and on which cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes are located.
