Ce marché concerne les prestations de maintenance et réparation des toitures des bâtiments correspondant à l'ensemble des bâtiments et aérogares de l'Aéroport de Roissy Charles de Gaulle
Des travaux neufs peuvent également être envisagés lorsque le correctif s'avère inadapté.
Il couvre la totalité des bâtiments et aérogares de Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Tout nouveau bâtiment pourra être inclus dans ce marché.
Ce marché est multi attributaires 3 titulaires.
Les commandes d'un montant inférieur à 30 k€ seront attribuées alternativement, les commandes d'un montant supérieur à 30 k€ seront systématiquement remises en concurrence auprès des trois titulaires.
