Udbuddet omfatter indgåelse af rammeaftale om udførelse af kemiske laboratorieanalyser af pesticider i grundvand i prøver, som indsamles af Miljøstyrelsen. Der er tale om en massescreening for op mod 900 stoffer og screeningen er planlagt udført i 250 indtag fordelt over hele landet. Udbuddet gennemføres som en omvendt licitation.
