Description

Wykonawca będzie przyjmował odpady odebrane z gospodarstw domowych znajdujących się na terenie gminy Ryjewo również zebrane w Punkcie Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Mątowskich Pastwiskach. Odpady
będą selektywnie gromadzone i odpowiednio zagospodarowywane. Rodzaj i kod przekazywanych odpadów
musi być zgodny z rozporządzeniem Ministra Klimatu z dnia 02.01.2020 r. w sprawie katalogu odpadów
(Dz. U. z 2020 r. poz. 10).
Odpady odebrane z gospodarstw domowych będą transportowane do instalacji
przetwarzania odpadów komunalnych przez firmę działającą na zlecenie Zamawiającego.
Wykonawca będzie zagospodarowywał dostarczone odpady zgodnie z hierarchią postępowania z odpadami wskazaną w ustawie o odpadach z dnia 14.12.2012 r. (t.j. Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 699 ze zm.).
Wykonawca dostarczane do instalacji odpady przyjmował będzie na podstawie wypełnionych kart przekazania odpadów w systemie BDO.
