Description

Предметът на настоящата обществена поръчката е доставка на ел.енергия от ДПИ за недвижимите имоти на МФ, на основание чл. 95а от ЗЕ и чл. 104и от ПТЕЕ. Предметът на поръчката включва покупка на електрическа енергия и плащане на всички използвани от възложителя като краен клиент услуги. Обществената поръчка е разделена на обособени позиции, както следва:
ОП 1: Доставка на електрическа енергия от ДПИ за обектите на МФ на територията на област София;
ОП 2: Доставка на електрическа енергия от ДПИ за обект на МФ на територията на област Добрич.
Прогнозното количество ел.енергия по ОП 1 е до 1 230 000 kWh, за обособена позиция 2 – до 130 kWh, Прогнозното количество ел.енергия не ангажира Възложителя да го потреби, като доставчикът се задължава да достави нужното количество електроенергия за денонощие, за месец и за целия период на договора. Средства по договора ще бъдат изплащани за периодите, през които Възложителят ще остане без доставчик на ел.енергия по свободно договорени цени.
