Description

Produsele ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate, respectiv: ,, Acord Cadru, pentru o perioada de 48 luni – Bitum rutier”. A. Conform art. 160 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare in legatura cu Documentatia de Atribuire este: - primul termen este cu 26 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor; - al doilea termen este cu 18 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. Conform art. 160 alin. 2 din Legea 98/2016, Autoritatea Contractanta stabileste doua termene limita in care va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare: - primul termen-limita este cu 20 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor; - al doilea termen-limita este cu 12 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. In functie de complexitatea solicitarilor de clarificare adresate de operatorii economici, pentru care raspunsurile ar trebui publicate la primul termen indicat mai sus, Autoritatea Contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a publica raspunsurile la clarificarile respective la al doilea termen stabilit in Documentatia de Atribuire. Termenele de raspuns la clarificari au fost stabilite astfel incat operatorii economici sa aiba o perioada adecvata pentru analizarea Documentatiei de Atribuire si, ulterior, pentru elaborarea ofertelor prin prisma raspunsurilor oferite de Autoritatea Contractanta. C. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A, va pune AC in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns si drept urmare se va considera TARDIVA. D. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
