Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 160 000 litres of aviation petrol with a nominal octane number of 100 LL. It is not permissible for the TEO content to exceed 0.06 % vol. (i.e. 2.27 ml TEL/US gal).Aviation fuel shall comply with the specifications MIL-G-5572-F.
The contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the value and quantity of the subject matter of the contract. The actual value of the subject-matter of the contract will depend on the actual quantity of aviation gasoline delivered in accordance with the actual needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority will collect the subject-matter of the contract according to the actual needs of the contracting authority, with a minimum of 1 000 litres of one delivery. Transport to the place of delivery is arranged by the tenderer at his own expense so as to ensure that the goods are adequately protected against damage and destruction.
After inspection of the goods delivered, they shall be taken over into an above-ground tank with a capacity of 28 000 litres.
The contracting authority requires the tenderer to have a valid certificate of registration for excise duty on mineral oil issued in accordance with Act No 98/2004 on excise duty on mineral oil, as amended. A valid certificate of registration for excise duty on mineral oil shall be annexed to the Framework Agreement.
