France-Libercourt: Engineering services
The City of Libercourt and the Communauté d’agglomération d’Hénin-Carvin (CAHC) formed a group of orders as part of the project to develop the HGD-Lassailly site for the requalification of the Libercourt city centre.
The project supervisor was responsible for developing the development of public spaces in urban centres and retraining or creating the necessary road access.

— the fitting-out of access to this car park from rue Cyprien Quinet,
— the requalification of Cyprien Quinet Street,
— the creation of a new road between the streets of 19 March and Cyprien Quinet.
Conditional tranches:
Project studies (PRO) and work on public spaces and ACT, VISA, DET and AOR missions will be triggered by sector:
— TC No 1: the fitting-out of a marketplace (estimated financial allocation estimated at EUR 1 440 000 excluding tax),
— TC No 2: the creation of a new route between rue de Pantigny and rue Saint-Ghislain (estimated financial allocation of EUR 190 000 excluding tax).
