Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and installation of a 1-plane angiographic system, including accessories. The subject of the contract must be new, unused and unremanufactured, in perfect condition, approved for import and sale within the territory of the Slovak Republic or within the European Union and will comply with applicable international standards, STN, generally binding legal regulations. An integral part of the contract, in particular (but not exclusively), is transport to the place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, unpacking and disposal of packaging, handing over the written documents necessary for the acquisition of ownership of the subject-matter of the contract, providing the user documentation for the subject-matter of the contract necessary for proper and error-free use of the subject-matter of the contract for the specified purpose in accordance with all legal regulations, completing, putting the subject-matter of the contract into service (installation) with the issuance of an installation certificate, testing the functionality of all the minimum specified parameters, values and characteristics of the goods (if relevant) and the serviceability of the delivered subject-matter of the contract, conducting the first official test (acceptance test), professional training of staff to the extent necessary, providing an authorised warranty service for a period of at least 24 months, and carrying out all preventive inspections and checks stipulated by the legal regulations and prescribed by the manufacturer for the offered goods during the whole warranty period. The detailed definition of the subject-matter of the contract, including the minimum technical specification drawn up and the requirements of the contracting authority for the subject-matter of the contract, forms a separate part C.
