Porvoon Sähköverkko Oy hankkii yhden (1) uuden 117 kV 20 Mvar öljyeristeisen ONAN reaktorin, Kaupunginhaan uudelle sähköasemalle. Tähän reaktorihankintaan sisältyy hankinta-aineistossa määriteltyjen reaktorin suunnittelu, valmistus ja toimitus öljyineen ja varusteineen tilaajan sähköaseman perustukselle haalattuna tai nostettuna sekä reaktori varusteltuna, käyttökuntoon asennettuna Tilaajan perustukselle ja käyttöönottokokeet suoritettuna sekä käyttöönotettuna.
