L’AU.GARES est un centre de services ayant pour objet le traitement des signalements et le suivi de bout en bout de la résolution des dysfonctionnements impactant les services mis à la disposition des clients et des exploitants des gares ; la finalité étant de garantir la meilleure qualité des services mis à disposition des clients de SNCF Gares & Connexions.
