Description

The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder for the management and operation of SEMITAN's corporate restaurant. The catering services to be provided by the contractor shall cover the following areas: - Preparation of lunches, to be consumed on site or to be taken away. - Routine maintenance of the premises (catering room, kitchen, changing rooms, etc.) and of the equipment made available. - Waste management. The Service Provider is responsible for the financial management of the restaurant, including relations with suppliers and the collection of payments. It also assumes the responsibilities of an employer vis-à-vis its staff. The restaurant, mainly for SEMITAN staff, accommodates around 140 guests per day (including 120 meals and 20 takeaways), with peaks of up to 200 seats. The catering manager will be responsible for boosting the company restaurant, enhancing its attractiveness and increasing attendance, while ensuring that good relations with guests are maintained. This manager may also act as a chef. The contract shall consist of: - A fixed base for business catering - Part with order forms for specific and additional services in relation to the basic market. This part with purchase orders will be carried out as and when required. It is fixed without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 10 000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract (including renewals).
