Description

Călărași Municipality is a beneficiary of the project ‘Equipping pre-university education units and related units in Călărași Municipality with furniture, teaching materials and digital equipment’. This project aims to create the appropriate conditions for conducting the educational act. The teaching materials acquired through the project by Calarasi City Hall will be used by students and teachers of pre-university education units and related units in Calarasi Municipality. A contract will be signed for each lot awarded. Lot 1 – Classrooms Lot 2 – Science Laboratories Lot 3 – Gyms Lot 4 – School Cabinets Lot 5 – Restaurant Practice Workshops Lot 6 – Beauty Salon Practice Workshop Lot 7 – Car Practice Workshop Given that the financing for the products to be purchased is ensured by the project ‘Equipping pre-university educational establishments and related establishments in Călărași with furniture, teaching materials and digital equipment’, with a maximum implementation deadline of 31.12.2025, the contracting authority reserves the right not to award the procurement contracts and to cancel the present procedure if the award procedure is not completed before 30.11.2025, in which case the source of financing can no longer be ensured, as it is impossible to conclude the contract (in accordance with Article 212 of Law 98/2016). At the same time, for the same reasons, if the successful tenderer does not comply with the maximum delivery deadline of 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, the contracting authority will terminate the supply contract. If the implementation deadline changes to a date after 31.12.2025, the date of completion of the award procedure shall be amended accordingly. Note: The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information 6 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders or requests to participate, to all requests for clarifications received 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
