Carrying out surveys of users of public services in the Lyon Urban Community, on various topics: readership study on the Grand Lyon Magazine, perception/reputation of a project, impact of a communication campaign, behaviour of the inhabitants of the Grand Lyon (in terms of environment, travel, etc.). These studies may take place upstream (preparatory studies, pre-tests) and/or downstream (stocktaking studies, post-test studies of a campaign) and be carried out, depending on the objectives, using different methods: qualitative (interviews, group meetings) and/or quantitative (questionnaires administered by telephone, via the internet, or face-to-face, in public space or at home.
