Description

Die RTG sucht eine Agentur für die jährliche Gesamtplanung und Umsetzung des SunsetPicknicks. Die Beauftragung für das SunsetPicknick 2025 erfolgt spätestens mit dem Ende der Zuschlagsfrist am 08.04.2025 mit der Option zur Verlängerung um jeweils 1 Jahr bis maximal 2028. Das Leistungsspektrum umfasst nicht nur die Gesamtorganisation des Events, sondern auch die Beauftragung und Koordination aller erforderlichen Nachauftragnehmer für die Produktion inkl. der entsprechenden Verhandlungen. Die Nachauftragnehmer sind dem Auftraggeber anzuzeigen.
