The City of Kaarina (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber") applies for maintenance service framework contract partners for the contract period 1.1.2027-31.12.2028 and, as an option, for the periods 1.1.2029-31.12.2030 and 1.1.2031-31.12.2032. The procurement is divided into nineteen (19) sub-areas. Number of service providers selected in brackets after the name. 1. Building cleaning (5) 2. Oil burner and boiler maintenance (2) 3. Sweeping of ventilation ducts and washing and maintenance of heat exchangers (5) 4. High power wet vacuuming (5) 5. High-performance dry vacuuming (5) 6. IV control (5) 7. LVV Regulation (5) 8. Cleaning services of roofs and facades (5) 9. Maintenance of heat pumps (5) 10. Fire alarm, sprinkler and smoke extraction systems (5) 11. Replacement power plant maintenance (5) 12. Maintenance of a pellet heating plant (5) 13. Pest control (5) 14. Maintenance of wooden floors (5) 15. Arborist and logger services (10) 16.
