Description

Hankinta käsittää Joensuun kirkon alkuperäisten Thulé-urkujen restauroinnin ja uudelleen käyttöönoton vaatiman täydentävän rakentamisen. Tavoitteena on urkujen alkuperäisten, säilyneiden elementtien restaurointi ja puuttuvien osien rekonstruointi sekä nykytekniikan hyödyntäminen koneistovälityksissä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
