The subject of the contract is the supply (and repurchase of electricity generated in micro-installations) for the years 2026 - 2027 to the Provincial Electricity Purchase Group for the years 2026 - 2027, in accordance with the applicable regulations, quality standards of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) together with implementing acts, for the subjective electricity consumption points indicated in Annex 1 to the FTZ - Description of the subject-matter of the contract - List of properties and PPE (energy consumption points) located on them. Estimated volume in kWh: 68 166 407. Estimated volume of repurchase in kWh: 283 500. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in the tender specifications.
