Description

Auf dem Schulgelände von Grund- und Mittelschule Rottach-Egern wird durch Abbruch des bestehenden Pavillons und Ersatzneubau an gleicher Stelle die Grundschule erweitert. Der 2-geschossige teilunterkellerte Neubau beinhaltet auf ca. 2.700 m2 Grundfläche Räume für 8 Klassen im Obergeschoss, Mensa und Ganztagsbetreuung im Erdgeschoss und Fachräume in Untergeschoss. Die Tragkonstruktion bilden Massivwände aus Stahlbeton bzw. Brettsperrholz, Decken bestehen aus Stahlbeton bzw. Stahlbeton-Massivholz-Verbundbauweise und Dachtragwerk wird als Sparrendach ausgebildet. Aussenhaut wird mit vorgehängter hinterlüfteter Lattung und das Dach mit Blecheindeckung ausgeführt.
