La Unidad hospitalaria de rehabilitación y retorno a la comunidad para adultos con trastorno mental grave es un dispositivo que pretende la rehabilitación e integración en la comunidad de los pacientes con trastornos mentales graves, con un tiempo de estancia entre seis meses y dos años como máximo, y que tengan edades comprendidas entre los 18y 60 años.
