1. The subject of the contract is the handling and settlement of non-cash transactions made using payment cards and Blik on the trains of "PKP Intercity" S.A. together with a license to use the Payment Application intended for 1367 Mobile Terminals. 2. The Contractor shall ensure that at least the following cards and payment instruments are handled: 1) VISA, 2) MasterCard, 3) Maestro, 4) Blik. 3. The Ordering Party allows the expansion of the list of cards, as well as the admission of other forms of payment. Expanding the list of cards or allowing other forms of payment does not affect the amount of the Contractor's commission. 4.
