Description

1. The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 530) including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and forest nursery, to be carried out in the Olsztynek Forest District in 2026. 2. The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood and forest nursery, resulting from the annexes included in Annex 2 to the tender specifications, hereinafter referred to as the tender specifications. 3. The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 to the FTZ are indicative. 4. The quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in the annexes included in Annex 3 to the FTZ.
