Description

2.1 Ausgeschriebene Leistung Ein wichtiges Instrument im Klimaschutz im Verkehr ist das Parkraummanagement. Effekte können jedoch nur mit Befolgung der verkehrsrechtlichen Anordnungen erzielt werden und diese sind dementsprechend kontrollintensiv. Die digitale Parkraumkontrolle ist eine Möglichkeit um die Parkraumüberwachung effizienter und weniger personalintensiv zu gestalten. Erfahrungen und Anwendungen gab es bislang in Baden-Württemberg nicht, daher sucht das Ministerium für Verkehr Baden-Württemberg einen Dienstleister zur Ein- und Durchführung einer digitalen Parkraumkontrolle mittels Scan-Fahrzeugs für ein Gesamtprojekt mit drei Pilotversuchen.
