Poland-Gdynia: Diesel oil
The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of 200000 litres of light fuel oil. The fuel oil supplied must comply with the Regulation of the Minister for Economic Affairs of 200000 litres. 4 January 2007 (Journal of Laws 2007, No 4, item (30) on the quality requirements for the sulphur content of oils and the types of installations and conditions under which heavy fuel oils will be used.

The capacity of tanks in the Contracting Authority’s premises is set out in Annex 3 to the draft contract (Part II of the ToR).
The supply of oil will take place on the basis of partial orders placed by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. In an order submitted by telephone, confirmed by fax or e-mail, the Contracting Authority will indicate the quantity of oil ordered and the place of delivery.
The contracting authority shall benefit from reduced excise duty on the basis of the declaration of the use of fuel for heating (heating) purposes referred to in Article 89(1). 5 point 1 of the Excise Duty Act of 6 December 2008 (Journal Journal of Laws 2011, No 108, item 626).
The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of making substantial changes to the terms of the contract in relation to the content of the tender in accordance with Article 144 paragraph. 1 of the Public Procurement Act within the scope and under the conditions set out in the model contract forming part II of the ToR (Paragraph 7 of the model contract).
