Description

The design, construction and implementation of the ERTMS system on the section of the E30 Legnica – Wrocław – Opole railway line and the development of the results of the feasibility study and the preparation of annexes to the application for co-financing, as part of the OPI & E project 7.1-14 “Modernisation of railway line E 30, Stage II. Implementation of ERTMS/ETCS and ERTMS/GSM-R in Poland on the Legnica – Wrocław – Opole section.’
The subject of the Contracts is divided into four lots (partial contracts):
— Part A. Design, installation and commissioning of RBC equipment and trackside ETCS level 2 equipment on the section Legnica – Wrocław – Opole railway line E30 and integration of ETCS procurement with GSM-R,
— Part B. Design, construction, installation and deployment of GSM-R trackside equipment on the section Legnica-Wroclaw – Opole of the E30 railway line as regards the construction of the equipment necessary to increase the technical, functional and area capacity currently operating in the Dolnośląskie Voivodship of the GSM-R BSS subsystem, including the integration of this part into the network elements of the GSM-R system,
— Part C. The results of the feasibility study will be drawn up in accordance with the model drawn up by JASPERS experts in accordance with the current Blue Book of the documents necessary to submit an application for European funding for an investment project for an investment project from the indicative list of OPI & E 7.1-14. ‘Modernisation of the E30 railway line, Stage II. Implementation of ERTMS/ETCS and ERTMS/GSM-R in Poland on the section Legnica – Wrocław – Opole’,
— Part D. Extension of the functions of the Network Management Centre to include the functions of managing the components of the teletransmission network used for the GSM-R network and the functions of recording (passporting) elements of the GSM-R network.
