‘Supply of stationery and accessories, including advertising materials included in the list of goods and services referred to in Article 12(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act, for the needs of TP “SGS – Asenovgrad” for a period of 36 months’ includes periodic delivery through the purchase of stationery and accessories and advertising materials detailed by type in the Technical Specification – Annex 5 of the documentation.
This contract constitutes a ‘reserved public contract’ pursuant to Article 12(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act, the subject matter of which is included in the list of goods and services in accordance with the Common Vocabulary, intended for the award to specialised undertakings or cooperatives of persons with disabilities or to economic operators whose main objective is the social and professional integration of persons with disabilities or disadvantaged persons, approved by Council of Ministers Decision No 591 of 18 July 2016.
