Description

Die Stadibau GmbH - Ges. für den Staatsbediensteten Wohnungsbau in Bayern mbH plant den Neubau von 5 Punkthäusern mit ca. 80-100 Wohneinheiten und Tiefgaragenstellplätzen in der Harthauser Straße 48 in München-Harlaching.
Nördlich des Bauvorhabens befindet sich die Hermine-Bland-Straße. Entlang der Hermine-Bland-Straße und der Hart-hauser Straße im Osten ist eine straßenseitige Baugrenze festgesetzt. Auch im rückwärtigen Bereich verläuft eine Baugrenze. Der ausgewiesene Bauraum wird auf Höhe der Prößlstraße durch festgesetzte Straßenbegrenzungslinien mit einer Sackgasse unterbrochen. Die Harthauser Straße hat keine trennende Wirkung.
Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind die Projektsteuerungsleistungen nach AHO der Projektstufen 1 bis 5.
Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung vorgesehen. Das vorgesehene Vertragsmuster finden Sie in den Vergabeunterlagen.
