Description

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Government of Upper Bavaria (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority or AG), is responsible for the operation of the accommodation facility of ANKERs Oberbayern, Am Moosfeld 37, 81829 Munich (hereinafter referred to as the branch). Residents are accommodated and cared for in the dependence for a period of up to 24 months. The dependence can accommodate up to 300 people. At the moment, the AG is planning a maximum occupancy of 250 people. The Contractor shall provide the asylum seekers accommodated in the branch with food (food and beverages) in accordance with the specifications in the bill of quantities all year round, 7 days a week including Sundays and public holidays at the agreed meal delivery times. Upon individual request, packed lunches must also be delivered by the Contractor. The following meals or meals are to be offered: - Meals with breakfast, lunch and dinner (food and drinks) - Ramadan meal including drinks - Water gallons - Packed lunches (on individual request) - Special food and meals for people in quarantine or with reduced mobility including drinks supply (on individual request).
