Description

The subject of this contract is the construction of four buildings marked with the symbols B1, B2, B3 and B4 together with underground garage G1 and G2, exits to garages Z1 and Z2, utility building BG, underground fire reservoir, external parking lots located on both sides of the entrance to the investment area, in accordance with the graphic annex to the layout of the Land Management, bin sheds (SM1 and SM2) , bicycle shed (PR), playground and sports and recreation area, insulation greenery, irrigation of the area, greenery and planting, fire road with turning manoeuvring system, access to buildings and pedestrian walkways, lighting with external installation, fences, wickets and entrance gate, road firewalls with built-in SOS system, external installations for utility building BG, external installations for buildings B1, B2, B3, B4 and underground garages G1 and G2, external charging stations for electric cars, external CCTV video surveillance installation, installation of external hydrants, benches and dumpsters, all connections and external installations under development. In multi-family residential buildings, there are 30 apartments on 5 above-ground floors + 1 underground, serving as an underground garage with storage rooms and technical rooms. Six apartments on each floor were designed. One apartment on each floor is designed and adapted to the possible needs of a disabled person. There is 1 stairwell. A photovoltaic installation is located on the roofs of buildings. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the FTZ and the project documentation.
