Description

Die Stadt Ohrdruf beabsichtigt die Sanierung und den Umbau eines 2-3-geschossigen Komplexes von drei Wohngebäuden aus dem 18./19. Jahrhundert und einem angrenzenden Ersatzneubau in der historischen Innenstadt. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die hierzu erforderlichen Planungsleistungen zur Objektplanung Gebäude und Objektplanung Freianlagen gemäß HOAI § 34 bzw. § 39 in den Leistungsphasen (LP) 1- 9 in stufenweiser Beauftragung. Zunächst wird nur die Stufe 1 (LP 1- 3) beauftragt. Zur Sicherstellung der hierfür erforderlichen Planungsleistungen beabsichtigt der Bauherr im Ergebnis eines Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 17 VgV einen kompetenten Auftragnehmer mit den gem. Ausschreibungsbekanntmachung angezeigten Leistungen entsprechend des Vertragsentwurfs zu beauftragen. Im Verhandlungsverfahren sind von den Bietern Lösungsvorschläge der gestellten Aufgabe zu erarbeiten.
