Description

A new real estate is needed for the Job Centre in Whiteenfels. In future, the various locations in the urban area will be centralised at the Niemöllerplatz.
In addition, a youth job-seeker counselling centre will be set up jointly by the Job Centre, the Burgenland district and the city of Weißenfels.
The existing building of the old Sparkasse in Weißenfels is protected by monuments and is extensively refurbished and renovated for the new task. Part of the auxiliary buildings and the historic counter hall will be broken down.
The existing construction gaps along the Friedrichsstrasse and the Saalstrasse will be closed with new buildings to accommodate the entire room programme.
The implementation of the overall action is divided into different lots.
