Description

Lot 1: Construction and installation of a lift accessible for wheelchairs in accordance with DIN 18 040 in accordance with new standard DIN EN 81-20/50, shaft 1670 x 1800 x 18 315 mm (b/t/h), shaft head 3 690 mm from OKF top floor, pit 1 100 mm from OKF lower floor, 5 stops, telescopic doors, opening on one side, retrofitting of fastening rails, incl. sampling of materials for clearance by the AG, incl. measurement, set-up, shaft scaffolding, RAS system with passive house-insulated dark flap, expert acceptance.
Lot 2: Maintenance for 5 years.
Lot 3: Set-off rates for malfunctioning and emergency relief operations and for switching the emergency call to a permanently manned emergency call point of the contractor as a need item.
