Description

The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of animal products, meat and meat products for schools and educational institutions providing collective nutrition for children in the Ursynów District of the Capital City of Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Recipients, corresponding to qualitatively detailed (industry) marketing standards and the general marketing standard specified in applicable law. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the Price Form, which is Annex 2 to the FTZ. The Ordering Party requires that the performance of the subject of the contract be as follows: 1) from the place of storage/storage of the products making up the subject of the contract, having a current decision issued by the competent authority of the Veterinary Inspectorate regarding the approval of an establishment carrying out direct sales of products of animal origin; 2) using at least 6 (in words: six) means of transport that meet sanitary requirements, in accordance with the Act on food and nutrition safety, documented by current decisions or certificates or opinions issued by the competent authority of the Veterinary Inspection Service regarding compliance by means of transport with the requirements necessary to ensure hygiene in the trade of food products as regards adaptation to the transport of food; The contracting authority shall require that the documents in question contain information on the registration number of the means of transport to which they relate. The Customer requires that the products have an expiration date not shorter than: 1) 2 (in words: two days from the date of each delivery for fresh meat; 2) 14 (in words: fourteen) days from the date of each delivery for processed meat products; 3) 1 (in words: one month from the date of each delivery for dried processed meat products. The Ordering Party requires that persons performing the delivery have a current medical certificate for sanitary-epidemiological purposes and have clean protective clothing.
