The purpose of this framework agreement is to designate, for a period of 4 years, design offices responsible for carrying out asbestos inventories for public buildings managed by the Régie des Bâtiments (federal authority) and located in the geographical areas divided by lot (see indicative table in point 4 of the specifications).
