Description

Keravan kaupungin sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluissa otettiin Apotti tieto- ja toiminnanohjausjärjestelmä käyttöön vuonna 2021. Järjestelmävaihdon yhteydessä osa vanhoista asiakas- ja potilastiedoista jätettiin aiemmin käytössä olleeseen Graafinen Finstar (GFS) potilastietojärjestelmään. Lisäksi järjestelmässä on järjestelmään ennen Kanta-liittymistä tallennettua asiakas- ja potilastietoa. GFS:n toimittaja CGI Oy on ilmoittanut, että GFS:n lukukäyttö loppuu 31.12.2022. Sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluiden järjestäjällä on lakisääteinen velvollisuus arkistoida asiakas- ja potilastiedot sekä varmistaa sähköisesti arkistoidun tiedon eheys ja muuttumattomuus. Sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluiden järjestäjän on myös kyettävä luovuttamaan mahdollisten tietopyyntöjen kautta tulevia tietoja.
