Description

The purpose of the selection procedure shall be to carry out the complete, properly and timely built and operational functional work ‘Greening the source of the Chomutov heating plant’, which includes in particular:
— drawing up documentation on the execution of the construction work,
— implementation of the DeNOx plant at boiler K1-Retrofit boiler K3, implementation of a new powder granular boiler;
— construction of a joint desulphurisation unit for boilers K1 and K3,
— the implementation of a compressor station including air transport to the compound;
— implementation of all new transport routes for materials and energy associated with desulphurisation and removal of dust from flue gas from boilers K1 and K3,
— implementation of electrical distribution and control system,
— testing the work and putting into service of the equipment in accordance with the required parameters.
A detailed description of the required performance of the contract is given in the tender documents – Annex 1 to this document in the form of a draft commercial terms and conditions for the conclusion of a works contract. The subject of the performance and the scope of this contract are specified in more detail in the documentation (including blank budget – bill of assessment), which forms Annex 3 to the tender specifications.
