The Contractor is bound by the submitted tender from the date of expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders (inclusive) until 15.07.2025, i.e. 90 days. If the selection of the most advantageous tender does not take place before the expiry of the deadline for binding the tender specified in the SWZ, the Ordering Party shall, before the expiry of the deadline for binding the tender, once ask the contractors for consent to extend this deadline by the period indicated by him, not longer than 60 days. Extension of the deadline for binding the offer referred to in par. 2, requires the contractor to submit a written declaration of consent to extend the deadline for binding the offer. 13. The Ordering Party does not require the submission of a deposit 14. The Ordering Party will require before the conclusion of the contract to lodge a performance bond in the amount of 3% of the gross price offered. The content of Articles 449-453 of the Public Procurement Act concerning the performance bond will apply within the framework of the contract concluded with the Contractor of this contract. 15. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure in the case referred to in Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it 16.
