Description

the facilities according to their processing capacity (Eh = Equivalent Inhabitant) have been the subject of a declaration or authorisation file. They must meet the requirements of the Decree of 21 July 2015 on collective sanitation systems and the Decree of 22 June 2007 on technical requirements, monitoring methods and control of collective sanitation facilities. It is in the context of the application of these technical prescriptions, these modalities of monitoring and control of our installations that the Community plans to conclude this framework agreement of "monitoring in technical assistance and self-monitoring of wastewater treatment plants" with a service provider.The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of order forms, for a maximum annual amount of 55 000 euro(s) Ht and a maximum amount for 4 years of 220 000 euro(s) (H.T.).
