Delivery and implementation of a Safety Information and Event Management (SIEM) system supported by a Behavior Analysis System (UEBA)
The subject of the contract is the purchase and implementation of a system for the management of information and security events supported by a system for the analysis of behaviors according to the following specifications: 1. For the basic (guaranteed) contract: a) implementation of Stage I (Preparatory) containing: (aa) the preparation and transmission of the Schedule; bb) development and transfer of the Technical Project, b) implementation of Stage II (Implementation) in the scope of: (aa) supply of equipment together with the Technical Support of the equipment manufacturer for a period of at least 36 months; bb) providing the software license together with the technical support of the software manufacturer for at least 36 months; cc) implementation of the System in accordance with the Technical Project; dd) preparation and transfer of as-built documentation, c) implementation of Stage III (Knowledge Transfer) in the scope of conducting Technical Workshops in the field of operation and administration of the System. 2. In terms of options: provision of Technical Assistance by the Contractor in emergency and standard mode. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annex 3 to the FTZ – Description of the subject-matter of the contract. Detailed conditions and rules for the performance of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
