Description

The floor area in square meters (m2), which is to be cleaned as part of the recurring maintenance cleaning, is approx. lot 1 13.000,00 m2 The framework agreement is concluded for almost 1 year with the option of three extensions for another year. The performance period of the basic period starts on 15.01.2026 and ends on 31.08.2026. The notice period is 6 months. If no notice is given in due time, the contract is automatically extended for another year. However, the contract ends automatically after expiry of the three optional renewals on 31.08.2029. In addition, if the total quota referred to below is reached, the contract also ends before the expiry of the above-mentioned deadlines. Lot 1: 4.400.000,00 EUR net

Description: Die Ermittlung des wirtschaftlichsten Angebot wird wie folgt beschrieben: Die Angebote werden anhand einzelnen Wertungskriterien bewertet. Diese sind bestimmtem Wertungsbereichen (Vorgabe Betreuungszeiten, Fachliche Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Konzepte nach Maßgabe in der Kalkulationsunterlage) zugeordnet. Sowohl die Kriterien eines Wertungsbereichs als auch die Wertungsbereiche untereinander werden gewichtet. Die Punktezahl eines Wertungsbereichs ergibt sich aus der Summe der dort erreichten Punkte, multipliziert mit der jeweiligen Gewichtung dieses Bereichs.
