The subject of the contract is the supply of food for the catering operation of the Hospital with Polyclinic Považská Bystrica ul. Hospital 986, 017 26 Považská Bystrica, this contract is divided into 8 lots: Lot No.1 Gross food goods Lot No.2 Bread and bakery products Lot No.3 Milk and milk products Lot No.4 Meat and meat products Lot No.5 Fresh fruit Lot No.6 Fresh vegetables and potatoes Lot No.7 Fresh chicken eggs Lot No.8 Frozen products The subject of the contract also includes related services related to transport to the place of delivery, loading and unloading of the delivered goods to the warehouse at the place of destination. The approval document shall be valid for the entire duration of the contract and shall be continuously present in the vehicle.
