Description

The subject of this contract is the long-term rental of new mowers with preventive and corrective maintenance services for the purposes of the municipal departments of the city of service. This formalised procedure is subject to the provisions of Articles 33 and 57 to 59 and 77 of the Public Procurement Code.
The supplies and services will be the subject of an order form contract with a minimum and maximum awarded in accordance with Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code. Order forms will be notified by the contracting authority as and when required.
The contract is concluded for a firm period of 60 months from the date of commissioning of the two mowers which will be rented out of the notification of the contract. No variant is authorised. There is any compulsory additional service relating to flight insurance and scrapping (see Annex 3 to the act of undertaking). The contract will be settled, with regard to the invariable part (hire + preventive maintenance + training of authorised staff), in accordance with the provisions set out in Annex 2 to the act of undertaking ‘Contract flat-rate schedule’.
Corrective maintenance services will be paid as and when services are provided and after verification by the contracting authority’s representative.
There are no plans to break down into lots or tranches.
The City Hotel will be closed on 28.3.2016.
